Our Mission
The Point Theatre Project is femme-forward, queer-celebratory, and fights back…literally. We dare to ask the question “What’s the Point?” from the perspective of curiosity and hope, with the aim of furthering discussions that disrupt norms. The Point Theatre Project sees theater and storytelling as a weapon, a mirror, and a damn good time! Cause if you don’t enjoy the art you’re making, what’s the point?

Point Theatre Project is proud to announce we were a recipient of a Chicago Parks District Grant for Summer 2026!
This was a huge honor! We produced our first family-friendly “Fight” Night Out in the Parks Chicago Style for communities around our beloved city! This time, our classic bracket style show featured six Chicago icons! After the show families learned how we create safe fights on stage during our family-friendly light saber workshop.
